wanted for selling fake concert tickets
In October 2012, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies began an investigation after five separate victims purchased fraudulent concert tickets from an individual that had placed an ad on “Craig’s List.” All of the victims live in the Houston area.
Deputies learned that the victims met with the suspect in the parking lot of a local Woodlands restaurant and each purchased two concert tickets believing that the tickets were authentic. The victims later learned that the tickets were fake and not genuine and filed reports with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect has been initially charged with one count of forgery but he has eluded arrest and capture.
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the community to locate the suspect. Anyone with information about the location of this suspect should contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936.760.5800, their local law enforcement department, or Crime Stoppers.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest or indictment of a felony crime. Call 800-392-STOP (7867).
