THREE STOOGES BUSTED
Around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, members of the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office went a residence located at 5032 S. Duck Creek in Cleveland to investigate possible narcotics activity and stolen vehicles. They arrived on the scene and found people inside and outside of a small travel trailer. They requested identification from the subjects and had dispatch check to see if they had open warrants. Dispatch confirmed warrants on three suspects.
A consensual search of the travel trailer revealed a plastic bag containing methamphetamine, pipes containing methamphetamine residue, used needles, a tourniquet, an unopened pack of syringes, scales typical of those used to weigh drugs and multiple other paraphernalia items. The female suspect was the owner of the trailer and claimed ownership of the methamphetamine.
Melanie Shawn Hernandez, 37, of Cleveland is charged with state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear (JP4 warrant).
Jacob Gary Kelly, 24,of Cleveland is charged with Theft (Liberty County warrant).
Mickey Robert Pope, 25, of Cleveland is charged with Forgery (Montgomery County warrant).
