  1. THERE is a GOD!! Should be $1,000,000.00 Bond…. WORTHLESS Creep!!
And please don’t try to defend his actions… There IS NONE!!

  2. how did he get caught? another dui? speeding? what happened?

  3. And what was he doing in San Antonio? Aren’t there some movement restrictions when there’s bail, as in you cannot leave the county(or country for that matter), etc?

  4. Blackwell was never missing.
The DA knew where he was located. Blackwell was receiving medical treatment in a rehab medical facility as an inpatient. His military chain of command knew where he was and stayed in contact with the DA throughout. Blackwell, because of his extensive injuries to include Brain Damage, will probably never be found competent to stand trial. This is a tragedy all the way around and true Justice for the victims and their families will surely not be found in the ruminates of what is left of Blackwell.

  5. Blackwells Military chain of Command was told by the DA they could pick him up at anytime but did not believe they could get him found competent to stand trial due to his brain injuries and were awaiting the outcome of his recovery for an appropriate time to take him into custody.

  6. Not according to the information we had. We didn’t post a story asking for anyone who knew his whereabouts to come forward for no reason.

  7. I assumed Scott that you were misinformed and that you wouldn’t just make this up. I am not sure why you were told what you were told, or by whom. I worked with Blackwell, and after reading your request I contacted my Chain of command to see why they were not helping the Police and DA out. They assured me they have been in contact with the DA’s Office, had kept them abreast of Blackwells location and condition and were working with them. I Dont blame you Scott, what gets released is not always the whole truth for investigative and sometimes political reasons.

  8. @TXCID – I worked with Blackwell too. He is not the monster he is made out to be. He spent his whole adult life serving his country and trying to do good. Just like anyone else traveling through life. He made a stupid and horrible decision that fateful evening that cost the precious lives of three incredible people. This just goes to show you that entire life of working hard and helping others can be wiped out in an instant of stupidity. I understand completely the the anger of people.

  9. Couldn’t locate anything newer.. Read in a “local” news reporting agency’s publication that Blackwell has been declared incompetent @this time.
    Further Evaluation to be done.
Let’s go back to the night he WAS competent and MURDERED three(3) people.
Just a Pity this is going the way it is.
    SAVE US SOME MONEY!!!!
