MONTGOMERY COUNTY RECORDS SECOND FATAL CRASH IN 24 HOURS
Less than 24-hours after a fatal crash in west Montgomery County and just minutes after midnight Cut and Shoot Fire Department was dispatched along with Montgomery County Hospital District to a reported single vehicle rollover crash in the 700 block of Whiporwill just north of SH 105.
When units arrived on the scene they found a 1997 black Chevrolet pickup truck in the front yard of a home.The 25-year-old female had been ejected and was in critical condition. The 25-year-old female passenger was still in the vehicle and was in stable condition with minor injuries.
PHI Air Medical was requested for the driver but before they arrived the driver went into traumatic arrest and was transported to CoNroe Regional Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
According to DPS the pickup had been traveling north on Whiporwill and for unknown reasons left the roadway. IT was at that point it hit a culvert, went air borne, traveled through a fence and struck a tree which was uprooted and snapped off. The vehicle then began to flip landing against another tree almost 100 feet from where it went through the fence.
The females have not yet been identified as next of kin has not been notified.
The driver was sent to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
With beer cans lying across the front yard and several 12 packs in the vehicle it is not yet determined if alcohol contributed to the crash.
This accident happened across the street from my home. I heard the crash and ran to the scene to offer my help. A neighbor had the 911 operator on the phone and she was relaying medical instructions to me. I did everything i was instructed to do, but it was too late. She was taking her last breaths with her head in my hands, God was taking her to her eternal home. I didn’t know this young woman or her family. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who are mourning her passing.
Well just to say this is her sister and she didn’t drink. So don’t compare yourself
to my baby sister. She was a very good person and your an idiot for saying
something like that for her family to see. Just might be your next of kin reading
about you on here next. Karma does like to bite you in the butt.
Do u really have to keep on talking about her like u know her and saying all those thangs about her? I hope u can’t sleep at night when u find out she wasn’t doing anything and as far as someone being arrested u should be for slander. Don’t post anythang else until u find out the truth.
