ANOTHER SEXUAL PREDATOR OFF THE STREETS
On November 29, 2012, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit arrested 50 year old Charles LaRocca (Rocky) Marino for indecency with a child and taken to jail where a $100,000 bond was set.
The 16 year-old female victim made an outcry of the sexual contact by Marino. Marino lives in the South Montgomery County area.
Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office ask that anyone with information about Marino contact Detectives S. Mullis or P. Hahs at (936) 760-5876 or Montgomery County Crime Stoppers at (800) 392-STOP (7867).
That surprised look came about when the booking officer showed him the photo of a naked woman his own age.
